Computer-Based Testing

ABC's Testing Service provides nationally validated standardized exams to support Regulatory Program and Voluntary Program Member operator certification programs. The Testing Service follows national standards that have been established by the American Education Research Association, American Psychological Association, and the National Council on Measurement in Education in the Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing and the United States Government's Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures.

ABC has partnered with Applied Measurement Professionals (AMP) to offer our testing clients a national administrator for the computer-based exams. AMP is the only national administrator approved by ABC to administer computer-based exams. In addition, our Regulatory Program and Voluntary Program Member Testing Clients may choose to administer ABC computer-based exams through local resources, such as community colleges. The web-based exam process and requirements are described in the PDF document ABC's Web-Based Operator Certification Exams.
